Future Hosting Billing & Ordering


1. What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Money Orders.

2. Do you have discounts for pre-payment?
No, the option to pre-pay is not available upon ordering.

3. When will I be billed?
Fees for service(s) ordered by the Customer shall begin on the date of the order. Fees are due in advance of the monthly service cycle and will be billed on the anniversary date of each month.

4. Can I get a monthly paper statement?
Future Hosting does not mail monthly invoices or statements; however there will be a statement available for download in PDF format via the billing portal monthly.

5. Why was my order marked as fraud?
If you experience a problem with your order, please contact our Sales Department.

6. How do I cancel services?
Cancellation requests must be submitted via the support portal at least three days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.

7. How long does it take to setup my account?
Depending on the package ordered it may be setup in just a few hours. Dedicated servers generally require 24-48 hours and can vary depending on the hardware configuration. VPS accounts are generally setup in 6-12 hours during regular business hours.

8. How do I make changes to my account?
All changes can be requested through the support portal.

9. Can I upgrade my package at any time?
Server upgrades are available for certain components and software. Please contact our Sales Department for specific details. For shared and reseller packages, you may upgrade at any time. For VPS accounts, an upgrade is generally available; however, it may require a hardware change.

10. Can I add a plan to my configuration at any time and is downtime involved?
At any time you may add an additional package to your VPS configuration. In most cases you will not experience any downtime.

11. Are there any hidden costs?
There are no hidden costs.

12. Will I be notified before being billed for a support request?
You will be required to approve any additional charges beyond your monthly cost.
