Engineer Positions - 15 May 2008
Responsibilities:
- Configure and troubleshoot Virtuozzo and HSPcomplete systems
- Troubleshoot cPanel and Plesk related issues
- Knowledge with firewalls (APF/CSF/IPTables)
- Configure and troubleshoot web servers, databsase servers, mail servers, etc.
- Professionally and efficiently resolve issues via trouble ticket
Experience:
- Operating systems: Red Hat, CentOS, Fedora, Debian, Ubuntu Web Servers: LiteSpeed, Apache
- Database: MySQL, Postgres
- Control Panel: cPanel, Plesk, Virtuozzo, VMWare
- Network troubleshooting
Sales Positions - 7 June 2008
Responsibilities:
- Live Chat, e-mail and ticket based sales requests
- Effectively communicate with clients
- Ability to multi-task in a demanding position
- Configure and troubleshoot web servers, databsase servers, mail servers, etc.
- Professionally and efficiently resolve issues via trouble ticket
Experience:
- Previous sales experience
- Excellent writing and comminication skills
- Spanish speaking preferred
- Experience in industry preferred
